1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SwipeRight at getswiperight.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SwipeRight is a personal credit card management tool that helps users track rewards points, annual fees, transfer partners, and spending milestones. It includes an AI-powered advisor ("Match") for informational guidance on credit card selection and optimisation.

3. Financial Disclaimer

SwipeRight is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, a bank, or any entity regulated by the RBI. All information — including AI-generated recommendations — is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify details with your bank before making financial decisions.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use SwipeRight.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter (card details, spending, points).
  • You must keep your account credentials confidential.
  • You must not attempt to access, modify, or delete other users' data.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

6. Card Data Accuracy

Card fees, reward rates, transfer partners, and benefit details are maintained based on publicly available information and are updated periodically. This data may not reflect the latest changes from issuing banks. Always verify with your bank before relying on any information displayed in SwipeRight.

7. AI Advisor (Match)

The Match AI advisor is powered by Google Gemini. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content. Do not make financial decisions solely based on Match's recommendations.

8. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

SwipeRight is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed rewards, incorrect card recommendations, or financial decisions made based on Service content.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on SwipeRight is owned by or licensed to SwipeRight. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting us first.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
